My fees are, in principle, determined on a time spent basis, not including VAT and expenses. The hourly rate is fixed before the beginning of the mission.

Success fees could be agreed on in some specific cases.

The details of the time spent on a matter, the nature of the tasks done, and the invoice are, in general, sent to the customer at the beginning of each month following the assistance, or following a part of it. The amount of the invoice is to be paid when received.
